We are going to do a 35 minute continuous swim as…
5 minutes easy swimming / acclimatise
5 minutes easy swimming / focusing on sighting/turning/direction
5 minutes easy swimming / breathe to your preferred side
5 minutes easy swimming / breathe every 3
5 minutes with 3 x 25 strokes at race pace inserted
5 minutes with 3 x 50 strokes at race pace inserted
5 minutes easy swimming / cool down
