HOW it will work…

Workouts

We’ve got a nice mix of swim, bike and run workouts planned for you to complete

SOCIAL

Do the workouts on your own or join in with our Zwift/Zoom sessions
(with coffee stop!)

COMPLETION

Log your workouts on our completion chart and post on social media to let us know you took part

PRIZES

 We’ll be giving away some cool prizes to randomly selected participants from our completion chart

LOGGING YOUR WORKOUTS…

You should aim to complete 4 workouts total to complete the camp!
We’d recommend the following:

1 x Swim workout
1 x Bike workout
1 x Run workout
1 x Your choice for the 4th

(but you can do any 4 you choose really!)
