For just £5 per week you’ll get…
Live: Turbo Tuesday (Tuesday 7.30pm GMT)
Strength + Stretch (Thursday 7:30pm GMT)
Remote Run Squad (Homework session)

​LIVE: TURBO TUESDAY 

  • Join in via Zoom or Zwift (or both!) for our structured coach-led workout. 
  • Each week will have a different structure, and the focus will change depending on where we are in the season.
  • If you can’t make the live session we’ll upload the video and also have downloadable version of the workout.

STRENGTH + STRETCH 

  • The workout that often gets neglected, but can be key to performance and consistency.
  • Each week we’ll have a detailed session working on strength, mobility, balance and flexibility. 
  • The focus will change to match where we are in the season to compliment the rest of your training.
  • Every 3rd week is Yoga with Mel

RUN SQUAD HOMEWORK

  • With TRIMANUAL+ we’ll post you a structured workout to complete with personalised paces each week.
  • Everyone then completes the same session, at their own specific paces, every week!
  • Post your workout graph to prove completion!

SWIM WORKOUT

  • We’ll give you a choice of a pool workout or swim cords in the winter, and an open water workout in the summer!
  • These are structured workouts to complete in your own time.
  • Again we’ll change the focus of this depending where we are in the race season.
